Starting next week, I'm going to implement a posting schedule Mon-Thurs just to keep things consistent. I haven't figured anything out for Fridays, but if I do, I'll let you know. So far what I have is below.
Motivation Monday - I'll post something well...motivational. lol I'm thinking this will be methods to motivate you, cute workout gear, playlists, etc. You get the point. (:
Tasty Tuesday - This one is pretty much self explanatory. Anything food related I'll post on Tuesdays.
Workout Wednesday - For the first few weeks I'll post the workouts that I'm personally doing when I hit the gym. After that I'll probably move on to the workouts I do at home and any other workouts I find.
Technology Thursday - This one is all about apps that I find and love.
Free-For-All Friday - (Just thought of this as I was typing up this post.) Anything else that doesn't fit into these categories. Progress updates, personal entries, all that fun miscellaneous stuff.
I'm excited to start this. It'll hopefully keep both you and me motivated throughout the week as well as give us something to look forward to.
