Hey everyone! Today I decided to share my pre-gym checklist that I go through on the days I workout. It seems a bit anal, but since I workout with my friend, I like to have all the tedious stuff done before I get there so we can get to our workouts as fast as possible. After I complete everything on this list, it's literally as simple as pulling out my water bottle and shoes, replacing those with my coat and shoes, and locking everything up. That's it! Hopefully this helps you think of anything you need to do before the gym. If you have any comments, suggestions, or questions, be sure to leave them below!

Change into workout clothes
Fill water bottle
Hang lock on bottle
Put phone in armband
Plug headphones into phone
Open Pact and PumpUp apps
Drink a smoothie with protein
Switch out wallet and put in gym bag
